Telephone Banking

Telephone banking lets you access your TTCU^® accounts with voice commands, or a telephone keypad, and your self-assigned Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Get account information, transfer funds and much more. Call (918)749-8828 or (800)234-8828 and select option 1 to access self-service telephone banking.

First Time Users

• User ID: Your member number
• Password: The self-service system will require you to enter a new pin number with a minimum of six numbers and a maximum of 20 numbers.
• User Help: At any time during your call, you can press ‘8’ to return to the previous menu, ‘9’ to repeat the menu and ‘0’ to speak with a Member Service Representative.
